Are Musical Theatre West subscriptions refundable?
All subscription sales are final.
What if I am unable to attend a performance?
Subscribers may exchange tickets to attend the same production on a different day. For subscribers, there is no service charge for exchanging with a 24-hour notice before the originally scheduled performance.
Note:Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed for ticket exchanges. Any difference in price if moving to a more expensive performance/section will be charged. Refunds or credits are not given if pricing of new tickets is lower than original purchase price.
