What are the shows and dates?

Our 2023 Season includes the following favorites:

9 to 5 – Feb 10 – 26, 2023

An American in Paris – Apr 14 – 30, 2023

The Wizard of Oz – Jul 7 – 23, 2023

The Sound of Music – Oct 20 – Nov 5, 2023

How do I renew my season subscription?

You can renew your subscription in several different ways:

  • BY MAIL OR IN PERSON: 4350 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90804-5546 (Corner of Ximeno avenue)

  • VISIT THE RENEWAL TABLE in the Carpenter Center lobby during GREASE – Bring completed form to expedite the process

  • BY EMAIL: Renewals@musical.org (Scan in both sides of the form; use subject line: “[your last name] Subscription Renewal”)

  • BY FAX: (562) 856-1997—if requesting an improvement/change please make sure to fax both sides of the form

  • BY PHONE (562) 856-1999 (check musical.org for hours)

  • ONLINE: http://musical.org/my-account

Will I keep my exact seats?

You will be guaranteed your same seats if you renew before August 12th. After that, your subscription will be released and your seats may be sold.

What if I would like to change my seats?

If you would like to change your seats within your same series, please fill out your renewal form and indicate on the back exactly which seats/seating area would be acceptable to move to. Once all subscribers have had the opportunity to renew, we will move your seats to your requested seats if they become available. Seats are assigned in order of the date received and donor level. If your requested seats do not become available, you will retain your current seats.

Payment will not be processed until mid-August when we know what seats are available.

What if I would like to change the day of the week/time that I attend?

Fill out the front of your form and indicate that you would like to Change Series. Then on the back of the form, circle which seats you would be interested in for that new series. There may be a price increase if you are moving into a more expensive series, so either initial in the designated line to confirm that this price increase is okay, or write on your form that you would like for us to call you before charging your card.

Do I need to purchase all four shows to retain my seats?

Customize your subscription to fit your needs! Choose at least three shows in the season to keep your season subscription.

How will I be charged for my subscription?

You can pay by phone or online using a credit card, or you can pay with cash, check, or card in person at the box office. You have the opportunity to pay all at once or split your payment into three installments: one upon receipt, one on the 15th of the following month, and one on the 15th of the month after that.

After I pay, when should I expect to receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be mailed out in November.

When can I start exchanging my 2023 season tickets?

Once you receive your tickets in November, you will be able to exchange them for other performances.

Are Musical Theatre West subscriptions refundable?

All subscription sales are final.

November 16, 2022: Single Tickets On Sale to Subscribers

November 28, 2022: Single Tickets On Sale to the General Public
