BLOOD
BROTHERS is the gripping story of twin boys who
are separated at birth and grow up - one rich, one
poor - to find their lives inextricably and tragically
linked. One of the longest running musicals in London
history, BLOOD BROTHERS won the 1983 Olivier
for "Musical of the Year" and enjoyed a successful
839 performance run on Broadway. The folk-flavored
score is both haunting and hummable.
This
staged reading is the full show with orchestra, minimal
sets and costumes and the actors frequently carry
their scripts.
