The event feature a screening of the film proceeded by dinner onstage with members of the cast, a question and answer session following the screening with cast members and production staff including Forever Plaid creator Stuart Ross, and a dessert reception to cap off the evening.

The Plaids will give you “MOMENTS TO REMEMBER” as they pour their “HEART AND SOUL” into a vortex of sound as they take you to a musical “SHANGRA-LA” of your choosing. Always wanted to hear Frankie sing lead on “Stairway to Heaven”? Ever wondered how the Plaids would handle the Theme from “2001: A Space Odyssey”? How about Smudge crooning “I Only Have Eyes for You?” The sky’s the limit in this once in a lifetime (or in the Plaids’ case, once in an after-lifetime) opportunity to have the PLAIDS sing just for you!
-Winner will be provided with a video of the song's performance at the premiere, plus the sheet music of the arrangement. The video is for archival/personal use only and may not be broadcast through any medium without the consent of Musical Theatre West.
-The song will be performed in public; no profanity or inappropriate subject matter.
-Songs from any genre are welcome, but the arrangement and performance will be done "in the Plaid style".
-English lyrics only, please (occasional foreign word is ok).
-Final arrangement and performance will be no longer than three to four minutes (longer songs may be chosen, but may be edited by the arranger).
-If chosen song is not easily available (i.e., iTunes or Amazon), winner agrees to provide recording of song and lyric sheet upon notification of winning.
-Song may be performed a capella or with piano (at the discretion of the arranger).
-The arrangement remains the property of the arranger and may not be re-used without permission of the arranger.
-Final choice of song will be by mutual consent between the auction winner, the arranger and Musical Theatre West.
