Intermission is almost over. Tickets and information packets are now in the mail and should be arriving soon.  See below to answers to more questions

You will not need to take any action; your seats will remain the same.  If you haven’t yet renewed an information packet with a renewal form is on its way to you in the mail.

What are the shows and dates?

Our super-sized, six show MTW season at the Carpenter Center will run Oct 2021 – Dec 2022 and include:

  • A Grand Night for Singing – Oct 15 – 31, 2021 (replaces Mame)
  • The Andrews Brothers – Feb 11 – 27, 2022 (replaces Treasure Island)
  • Spamilton – Mar 25 – Apr 10, 2022 (replaces An American in Paris)
  • Grease – Jul 8 – 24, 2022
  • Damn Yankees – Oct 14 – 30, 2022
  • Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella – Dec 2 – 18, 2022


When will I receive my season tickets that I already paid for?

New tickets will be mailed to you in two waves, early August and late December of 2021.  If you had tickets to Mame in March of 2020, in August we will be mailing you tickets to A Grand Night for Singing.  The remainder of your tickets will be mailed in late December of 2021 New tickets will be mailed to you as soon as possible. If your mailing address or personal information has changed, please email your new information to tickets@musical.org

What dates will I receive?

Your tickets will be assigned within the same performance day and week as you are normally subscribed to. For example if you attend the Sunday matinee on the first Sunday of every production, you will receive tickets to the first Sunday. Individual, non-subscription, ticket buyers will receive the same day of the week and time, although the performance week may shift in order to give you seating as close to the seats you originally purchased.  Ticket exchanges for A Grand Night for Singing will begin August 26 for subscribers.  Exchanges for the remainder of the season will begin January 6, 2022.

What if I am unable to attend a newly scheduled performance?

Current subscribers and individual ticket holders, tickets may be exchanged at a yet to be determined date. As per our policy, subscription tickets (not including preview subscriptions) may be exchanged for no fee up until 24 hours before the performance. For preview performance subscribers and individual ticket buyers we will offer one exchange free of charge.

Are Musical Theatre West subscriptions and single tickets refundable?

We are committed to providing you with the full series in alignment with your subscription purchase. While Musical Theatre West subscriptions and single tickets are final sales, you are welcome to gift, transfer or donate your tickets back as desired. Subscription transfers will be available at a date TBD.

Other important subscriber dates:

Early August: Look for a packet in the mail with your tickets for A Grand Night for Singing (if you previously had tickets to Mame).  Your tickets for A Grand Night for Singing will reflect your 2019-2020 subscription seats.

August 26, 2021: Subscribers can exchange or purchase additional individual tickets for A Grand Night for Singing before tickets go on sale to the public on September 2, 2021.

September 17, 2021:  Final Renewal Deadline if you didn’t previously renew for the 2020-2021 Season (these would be the last four shows above, The Andrews Brothers… thru Cinderella).

Late December 2021:  The remainder of your season tickets will be mailed out, well before performances of The Andrews Brothers begin in February.  (These tickets will reflect any fulfilled series changes or seat improvements previously requested).

January 6, 2022: Subscribers can exchange or purchased additional individual tickets for the rest of the season before tickets go on sale to the general public on January 13, 2022.

April 2022:  Our 2023 Season will be announced and Renewal forms will be mailed to you.
