May 23 - Lea SalongaLea Salonga is a Filipina singer and actress known for her many roles on Broadway. At 18 years old she originated the role of Kim in Miss Saigon, winning the Olivier and Theatre World Award and becoming the first Asian woman to win a Tony Award. Salonga was the first Asian women to play the roles of Éponine and Fantine in Les Misérables on Broadway, and has supplied the singing voices of two Disney Princesses, Jasmine and Mulan.
