Do I need to choose my dates when I purchase my tickets?

For our traditional season subscriptions, you will need to select one of our season series. We have 13 different series available that correspond to the 13 performances of each production in our season. For example, if you had a subscription to the Week 2 Thursday Evening series, your tickets would be on February 19th for Man of La Mancha, April 16th for In the Heights, July 16th for Joseph, and November 12th for Little Women.

What is the difference between a Traditional Subscription and a Flex Pass?

A traditional subscription assigns you pre-selected dates, based on the series you choose to attend. You also get your same seats for every show and first dibs at renewing these same seats. For a flex pass, you’ll choose how many shows you want to see, plus which performance times you would like, and then you pick your dates and seats at any time after that.

Are Musical Theatre West subscriptions refundable?

All subscription sales are final.

What if I am unable to attend a performance?

Subscribers may exchange tickets to attend the same production on a different day.  For subscribers, there is no service charge for exchanging with a 24-hour notice before the originally scheduled performance.
Note: Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed for ticket exchanges. Any difference in price if moving to a more expensive performance/section will be charged. Refunds or credits are not given if pricing of new tickets is lower than original purchase price.

What if I want to transfer my subscription to someone else?
