How do I purchase season tickets?

You can purchase 2021-2022 Season Tickets by calling the box office at 562-856-1999 (current hours are Wednesday – Friday, 12-5pm. (Outside of those hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned). Use the above charts to select a Series (day of the week and time) and a Section. Please note, Sections A, E & F are sold out for matinee performances for new subscribers. Limited Section A+ seating is available to new subscribers who are donors at the Benefactor level ($10,000+ annually) or higher.

Can I select my exact seats?

You may choose a section to sit in and we will assign you the best seats within that section. (Tickets for The Andrews Brothers may not reflect your subscription seating). You will know your specific seats when you receive your tickets by mail.

When should I expect to receive my tickets?

Tickets will be mailed as soon as possible after you order them.

How is seating assigned?

Subscription seats are assigned in order of donor level and the date the order was received. (Subscribers who donate $1,000 or above with their subscription purchase receive priority assignment.) New subscribers are seated after all renewing subscriber changes and improvement requests have been fulfilled. New subscribers will have an opportunity to improve their seats in future seasons, based on availablility.

How will I be charged for my subscription?

You can pay by phone using a credit card, or you can pay with cash, check or credit in person at the box office. Full pay is due at the time of purchase.

Can I exchange my season tickets?  What about subscriber benefits?

Buy with confidence! For the 2022 Season, we’re suspending all exchange fees so you can feel confident in your purchase. Tickets can be exchanged for a new date within the run of the show, or for another show later in the season. Upgrades in section or date changes may incur a price difference. Call the Box Office to find out more.

Note: Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed for ticket exchanges. Tickets exchanged into another higher-priced section or higher-priced day of the week/time will increase the price of the new ticket.

What is parking like at the Carpenter Center?

Parking is $12 per vehicle and must be purchased via the Park Mobile App, online, or the kiosk in the parking lot.  Please make sure you’re receiving our weekly and performance reminder emails to stay up to date on all important performance information. For more info on parking click here.

Are Musical Theatre West subscriptions and single tickets refundable?

During the 2021-2022 Season, Musical Theatre West wants you to buy with confidence. If you are feeling ill or are concerned about attending your performance at any time through December of 2022, please contact the Box Office for options up to and including a refund for purchase. Refunds must be requested at least six hours prior to curtain. You are are welcome to gift, transfer, or donate your tickets. Ticket donations are tax deductible.

What are the shows and dates?

Our customizable 5-4-3 subscription includes the following favorites:

• The Andrews Brothers – Feb 11 – 27, 2022 (replaces Treasure Island)
• Spamilton – Mar 25 – Apr 10, 2022 (replaces An American in Paris)
• Grease – Jul 8 – 24, 2022
• Damn Yankees – Oct 14 – 30, 2022
• Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella – Dec 2 – 18, 2022

What is a 5-4-3 Subscription?

Customize your subscription to fit your needs! Choose the 5, 4, or 3 shows you want to see, and guarantee your seats! Enjoy subscriber benefits like discounted additional tickets, free lost ticket replacement, early access to the most popular shows, and more! Ask one of our Box Office representatives about the many ways to make your subscription work for you.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets for renewing subscribers were mailed in late December of 2021. New tickets will be mailed to you as soon as possible. If your mailing address or personal information has changed, please email your new information to tickets@musical.org
