How do I purchase season tickets?
You can purchase 2021-2022 Season Tickets by calling the box office at 562-856-1999 (current hours Thurs & Fri: 12-5p, please leave a message outside of those hours and your call will be returned). Use the above charts to select a Series (what day of the week and time) and then select a Section (using the seating and the pricing chart). Please note Sections A, E & F are sold out for matinee performances for new subscribers. Limited Section A+ seating is available to new subscribers who are donors at the Benefactor level ($10,000 or more annually) or higher.
Can I select my exact seats?
Currently, you may choose a section to sit in and we will assign you the best seats within that section. Tickets for A Grand Night for Singing will be assigned immediately and may not reflect your subscription seating. (In addition, tickets for The Andrews Brothers may not reflect your subscription seating). You will know your specific seats when you receive your tickets by mail.
When should I expect to receive my tickets?
Tickets to A Grand Night for Singing will be assigned and mailed shortly after subscription purchase, well in time for the October performances. The remainder of the tickets will be mailed in late December/early January in time for The Andrews Brothers performances in February.
How is seating assigned?
Subscription seats are assigned in order of donor level and date received (donors of $1,000 or above with their subscription purchase receive priority assignment). New subscribers are seated after all renewing subscriber change and improvement requests have been fulfilled. In future seasons, you will have an opportunity to improve your seats if better seats are available.
How will I be charged for my subscription?
You will see two charges on your credit card, one immediately for A Grand Night for Singing and then one in mid-November for the remainder of your subscription (which will include a $10 handling charge). If you choose to do a 6 installment payment plan, one payment is due immediately and then the 5 remaining payments are due on the 15th of each month thereafter.
Can I exchange my season tickets? What about subscriber benefits?
Season Ticket Holders may exchange tickets to attend the same production on a different day. For Season Ticket Holders who have tickets to performances other than Week 1 Friday Evening, there is no service charge for exchanging with a 24-hour minimum notice before the originally scheduled performance. (Because Week 1 Friday Evening is sold at a discounted preview price, these tickets are subject to a $5 per ticket exchange fee.) Note: Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed for ticket exchanges. Tickets exchanged into another higher-priced section or higher-priced day of the week/time will increase the price of the new ticket.

What is parking like at the Carpenter Center?
Parking is $12 per vehicle and must be purchased via the Park Mobile App, online, or the kiosk in the parking lot. Please make sure you’re receiving our weekly and performance reminder emails to stay up to date on all important performance information. For more info on parking click here.
Are Musical Theatre West subscriptions and single tickets refundable?
During the 2021-2022 Season, Musical Theatre West wants you to buy with confidence. If you are feeling ill or are concerned about attending your performance at any time thru December of 2022, please contact the box office for options up to and including a refund for purchase. Refunds must be requested at least six hours prior to assigned curtain time.
