The Best Seats
Seats for renewing Season Tickets are booked before single tickets go on sale to the general public, ensuring that Season Ticket Holders get the best available seats in the house.
Season Ticket Holders receive replacement tickets for lost or misplaced tickets at no extra charge – even if you arrive at the theatre and discover you’ve left them at home. Note: If you have alerted the box office prior to arriving at the theatre, tickets will be available for pickup at will call starting 1 hour prior to performance time.
Save on Additional Tickets
Season Ticket holders receive a discount when purchasing additional single tickets in sections A, B1, B2 and C over the phone. Note: Only the Season Ticket Holder on record is eligible for the additional single ticket discount. Season Ticket Holder discount is not available online.
Discounted Youth Tickets
Season Ticket holders may purchase tickets for young people ages 18 and under at an additional discount in Sections B2 & C when they attend the same performance as the Season Ticket holding adult. Limit two youth tickets per Season Ticket Holder household, per show. Some productions may not be suitable for young people. Call the box office or check the website for content specifics. Youth Discount tickets are not available in Section A.
Exchanges and Additional Tickets Before the General Public
Single tickets for BRIGHT STAR, OLIVER!, CATCH ME IF YOU CAN and DISNEY’S THE LITTLE MERMAID are available for purchase (by phone and in person) and Season Ticket Holders tickets may be exchanged starting September 5, 2018 at noon. Tickets go on sale on line and to the general public on September 12, 2018 at noon. Note: Only the Season Ticket Holder listed on record may purchase additional tickets during this time period.
If you miss your scheduled performance, you may purchase a ticket at the theatre 30 minutes prior to any other performance of the same production for a $15 per ticket charge. Subject to availability. As performances can be heavily sold, please call the Box Office at 562-856-1999 x4 to determine ticket availability. We recommend calling close to the time of the new performance as availability can change from day to day. Missed performance tickets will be available for purchase no sooner than 30 minutes prior to curtain, you will be required to present your original UNUSED tickets at the Will Call desk. Note: In the event of a sold out performance, tickets will not be available for missed performance purchase price.
Plays, productions, ticket prices and policies, casting, performance dates and times are always subject to change.
Season Tickets Exchange Policies
Season Ticket Holders may exchange tickets to attend the same production on a different day. For Season Ticket Holders who have tickets to performances other than Week 1 Friday Evening, there is no service charge for exchanging with a 24-hour minimum notice before the originally scheduled performance. (Because Week 1 Friday Evening is sold at a discounted preview price, these tickets are subject to a $5 per ticket exchange fee.) Note: Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed for ticket exchanges. Tickets exchanged into another higher-priced section or higher-priced day of the week/time will increase the price of the new ticket.
Last Minute Exchange
If you are unable to exchange your tickets with 24-hour notice, you may exchange the day of your performance up to two hours prior to curtain. There is a $5 per ticket service fee for last minute exchanges. ($10 per ticket for Week 1 Friday evening preview Season Ticket Holders).
