Ticket Exchanges & Policies

TICKET EXCHANGES FOR A GRAND NIGHT FOR SINGING BEGIN AUGUST 26, 2021.

EXCHANGES FOR ALL SHOWS IN 2022 BEGIN JANUARY 6, 2022.

SUBSCRIBER TICKET EXCHANGE

Subscribers may exchange tickets to attend the same production on a different day.  For subscribers who have tickets to performances other than Week 1 Friday Evening, there is no service charge for exchanging with a 24-hour minimum notice before the originally scheduled performance.  (Because Week 1 Friday Evening is sold at a discounted preview price, these tickets are subject to a $5 per ticket exchange fee.)  Note: Exchanges are processed on a best available basis and may not be available on your desired performance date or in your desired seating area. Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed for ticket exchanges.  Downgrades are not refundable. Tickets exchanged into another higher-priced section or higher-priced day of the week/time will increase the price of the new ticket. Refunds or credits are not given if pricing of new tickets is lower than original purchase price.

SUBSCRIBER LAST MINUTE EXCHANGE

If you are unable to exchange your tickets with 24-hour notice, you may exchange the day of your performance up to two hours prior to curtain.  There is a $5 per ticket service fee for last minute exchanges. ($10 per ticket for Week 1 Friday evening preview subscribers).  See below for additional phone exchange polices and fees. NO SUBSCRIBER EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE LESS THAN TWO HOURS PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE.  Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to these policies.

SINGLE TICKET EXCHANGE

Single Ticket Buyers may also exchange tickets to attend the same production on a different day up until 24 hours before the performance.  For single ticket purchasers there is a $10 per ticket exchange fee, plus any charge for higher priced tickets. Refunds or credits are not given if pricing of new tickets is lower than original purchase price.  EXCHANGES FOR SINGLE TICKETS ARE NOT POSSIBLE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE PERFORMANCE.  Unfortunately, we cannot make ANY exceptions to these policies.  Note: Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed for ticket exchanges.  Tickets exchanged into another higher-priced section or higher-priced day of the week/time will increase the price of the new ticket.
