Parking Information

CASHLESS PARKING AT THE CARPENTER CENTER – $10

Parking at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center is in Lot G12 on the campus of California State University, Long Beach. Construction on this lot has been completed and will be available for Hello, Dolly! and future shows. Patrons can purchase a parking pass a few different ways:

Pay in Advance – $10 per Vehicle

1. Up to ONE MONTH before your performance, visit the ParkMobile website.
2. In the Search Bar, input Carpenter Performing Arts Center and click on the first result.
3. On desktop, select Carpenter Performing Arts Center on the left hand side of the page. On mobile, select Reserve Parking at the bottom of the page and click on the blue ticket icon that is next to Atherton St.
4. Select the date of your performance then select the $10 button in the green circle.
5. Select the quantity of reservations you are making (one per vehicle) and select Reserve.
6. Create an account (recommended for repeat patrons) or Continue as a Guest.
7. Add a vehicle (license plate number & state).
8. Add a payment method (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX).
9. Click Start Parking.
10. You’re all set! Show up, park in Lot G12, and enjoy the show. No further action is required.

You can also download the ParkMobile App and complete your purchase in advance and the day of the performance.

Day-of Payment (At Venue Only) – $10 per Vehicle

1. When you arrive at the Carpenter Center, visit the ParkMobile website.
2. Select Enter Zone Number (on mobile).
3. Enter Zone 3993 and click Confirm Zone and then Continue.
4. Select Continue again and create an account (recommended for repeat patrons) or continue as a Guest.
5. Add a vehicle (license plate number & state).
6. Add a payment method (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX).
7. Click Start Parking.
8. You’re all set! Show up, park in Lot G12, and enjoy the show. No further action is required.

Pay At One of the Standing Kiosks – $10 per Vehicle

• Visa/MasterCard ONLY. Cash not accepted.
