Based in Long Beach, CA, Musical Theatre West’s Community Connects is a series of free and low-cost community events designed to bring the magic of live theatre beyond the stage. Through interactive experiences, educational opportunities, and special events, Community Connects invites people of all ages to engage with the arts in meaningful, accessible, and inclusive ways, strengthening connection, creativity, and community throughout Long Beach.

Inspired by our upcoming spring production, In The Heights by Lin-Manuel Miranda, this Community Connects event transforms MTW’s home into a lively gathering filled with music, dance, art, history, and hands-on activities for all ages.
