Improv with Isaak Olson: Wednesday March 26, April, 2,9 & 16, 2025
This introductory class will focus on basic principles of improvisation, including essential improv terms, spontaneity, listening, “Yes and…”, creating believable characters, scene construction, physicalization exercises, and lots of fun improv games. During the course of the four weeks, students will be participating in a variety of games and exercises, both as individuals and in small groups. This class will offer a safe and encouraging environment for students to be creative, express themselves in a collaborative art form, and have lots of fun while doing it! The class will culminate in a final performance, presented at the end of the final session.
Please bring the following to class: All necessary materials will be provided.
Please Wear: closed-toed shoes and clothes they are comfortable moving in.
