Michael J. Washington is a versatile vocalist with a rich tone and commanding stage presence. He has performed with esteemed organizations like the Los Angeles Master Chorale, LA Opera, and Disney. Highlights include Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, Verdi’s Requiem, Turandot, and Roméo et Juliette. Michael has also contributed to Disney’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack, the 30th Anniversary of Lion King (Hollywood Bowl), and starred as Mufasa/Scar in Tale of the Lion King at Disneyland. He is excited to make his debut with Musical Theatre West!
