A native of Los Angeles with proud roots in Monterrey, Mexico, Mario studied Music & Theatre at UCLA. Stage credits include Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing and Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (East LA Classic Theater). Regional credits include Selena the Musical, Diego Rivera in Frida, and understudying César Chávez in César and Rubén, directed by Ed Begley Jr. With over 100 IMDB credits, favorite roles include Pancho Villa. Mario is honored to portray Kevin for Musical Theatre West, dedicating this performance to his father.
