OPEN CALL: Creative Teams for 2026 Season – Directors, Choreographers, Music Directors & Designers (Scenic, Lighting, Sound, Costume, Projection)

We are assembling a dynamic creative team for our upcoming season of musical theatre productions and are currently accepting submissions for the following positions:

  • Directors
  • Choreographers
  • Music Directors
  • Production Designers in Scenic, Lighting, Sound, Costume, and Projection

Each production will follow a fast-paced rehearsal and tech schedule, culminating in a three-week performance run. We’re looking for passionate, collaborative artists who are energized by the demands of musical theatre and excited to help bring bold, high-quality productions to life.

About Our Season:

  • A vibrant mix of contemporary and classic musicals
  • Condensed, focused rehearsal/tech periods
  • A strong, collaborative artistic community
  • Each production runs for three weeks of performances

Ideal Candidates:

  • Bring strong experience in musical theatre and a clear artistic point of view
  • Are adaptable and solution-oriented under time constraints
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both artistic and production teams
  • Meet deadlines for all creative deliverables (blocking, scores, choreography, design plots, etc.)
  • Are available for scheduled pre-production meetings, rehearsals, tech, and previews
  • Foster a supportive, professional, and educational backstage environment, encouraging growth for emerging artists, crew members, and fellow collaborators
