You do not need to take any action; your seats will remain the same, and new tickets will be issued to you in late February 2021.
Will I receive new tickets for the rescheduled productions?
Yes, new tickets will be mailed to you late February 2021. Your subscription seats will remain the same, we will seat single ticket buyers in seats as close to the seats you purchased as possible. If your mailing address or personal information has changed, please email your new information to info@musical.org
What dates will I receive?
Your tickets will be assigned within the same performance day and week as you are normally subscribed to. For example if you attend the Sunday matinee on the first Sunday of every production, you will receive tickets to the first Sunday. Individual, non-subscription, ticket buyers will receive the same day of the week and time, although the performance week may shift in order to give you seating as close to the seats you originally purchased.
What if I am unable to attend a rescheduled performance?
Current subscribers and individual ticket holders, tickets may be exchanged beginning March 31, 2021. As per our policy, subscription tickets (not including preview subscriptions) may be exchanged for no fee up until 24 hours before the performance. For preview performance subscribers and individual ticket buyers we will offer one exchange free of charge.
Are Musical Theatre West subscriptions and single tickets refundable?
We are committed to providing you with the full series in alignment with your subscription purchase. While Musical Theatre West subscriptions and single tickets are final sales, you are welcome to gift, transfer or donate your tickets back as desired. Subscription transfers will be available in early Jan 2021.
